**About the Role**

This is a permanent full-time, on-site role in Moorooka, reporting directly to our Brisbane Manager.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am-3:30pm.

You’ll be hands-on in crafting our iconic posies, leading a small but mighty team, and keeping everything flowing smoothly from fresh flower arrival to final dispatch.

Your Day-to-Day will include:

- Creating gorgeous, on-brand arrangements daily — think fresh, modern, and full of heart
- Leading, supporting, and training our talented florists with positivity and purpose
- Working hand-in-hand with our Warehouse Coordinator to ensure the timely production of posies to fulfil all daily orders
- Managing flower stock: rotation, quality checks, and weekly buying support
- Keeping our floristry space clean, calm, and creative
- Helping with packing and dispatch when needed — we’re a team that is all-hands on deck
- Fostering a vibrant team culture rooted in kindness, growth, and shared wins
- Keeping operations smooth and customers smiling — every bouquet, every time

**About You**

You’re a flower lover with a leader’s heart and a can-do attitude. You bring sunshine to your team, rise to challenges, and genuinely care about people — whether that’s your co-worker or the person receiving the bouquet you just made.

Here's what you’ll ideally bring to our team:

- A Certificate in Floristry
- Experience in floristry (2+ years)
- Leadership experience - ideally 2+ years in a retail or team management role
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Sound judgement, a kind heart, and solutions-focused mindset
- A love for team culture, creativity, and getting things done
