About the Role

Your Day-to-Day will include:

• Creating stunning flower arrangements that are in line with LVLY's aesthetic
• Assembling hand tied posies in line with KPI's
• Conditioning the flowers
• Counting out your allocation of flower wraps
• Supporting the Floristry Coordinator in managing stock flow including count-ins, rotation, and freshness checks when/if required too
• Keeping our warehouse clean, organised, and ready for posy magic
• Championing our health and safety standards to keep the space as safe as it is beautiful

Additional role details

• Current ABN and your own insurance required (or willing to get if successful)
• Monday - Friday shifts available, approximately 1 - 3 shifts per week.
• Must be available to work shifts during the week of 9th Feb (preparation for Valentine's Day)
• Hourly rate for the first 3 training shifts, then moved to payment based on output rather than an hourly rate.

About You

You're a flower lover with a can-do attitude. You bring sunshine to your team — whether that's your co-worker or the person receiving the bouquet you just made.

Qualifications

• Certificate in Floristry or previous experience working as a florist
