**About the Role**

Your Day-to-Day will include:

- Creating stunning flower arrangements that are in line with LVLY's aesthetic
- Assembling hand tied posies in line with KPI's
- Conditioning the flowers
- Counting out your allocation of flower wraps
- Supporting the Floristry Coordinator in managing stock flow including count-ins, rotation, and freshness checks when/if required too
- Keeping our warehouse clean, organised, and ready for posy magic
- Championing our health and safety standards to keep the space as safe as it is beautiful

**Additional role details**
- Current ABN and your own insurance required (or willing to get if successful)
- Monday - Friday shifts available, approximately 1 - 3 shifts per week.
- Must be available to work shifts during the week of 9th Feb (preparation for Valentine's Day)
- Hourly rate for the first 3 training shifts, then moved to payment based on output rather than an hourly rate.

**About You**

You’re a flower lover with a can-do attitude. You bring sunshine to your team — whether that’s your co-worker or the person receiving the bouquet you just made.

**Qualifications**
- Certificate in Floristry or previous experience working as a florist

Pay: From $24.95 per hour

Expected hours: 7 - 21 per week
