Lead relevant curriculum areas or whole-school programs by developing, articulating, and committing to a shared educational vision focused on delivering quality learning outcomes for all students.

Embed socially just practices in everyday school life.

Set and uphold high standards for both student and staff performance.

Actively engage in lifelong learning and ongoing professional development.

Build strong partnerships with students, parents, government agencies, and community groups.

Be future-focused and strategic in planning and decision-making.

Manage human, financial, facilities, and curriculum resources effectively to achieve the goals of the curriculum areas or whole-school program.
