Electrical Planner - 8:6 Roster Day Shift Only - ongoing role

Our client is currently one of the largest cooper companies. They also have inventories in gold and nickel and cobalt. They operate their mines in several countries and employ approximately 20,000 people worldwide.

They are well-known for our ‘can do’ attitude and specialist technical, engineering, construction and operational skills, which allow them to develop and successfully run complex mines and mineral processing plants.

**Your new role**

Reporting to the Superintendent, you will be responsible for planning and scheduling of all maintenance work in an electrical capacity. Other responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

- Managing maintenance spending in line with the annual budgets set by the Superintendent
- Ensuring schedules are accurately monitored to ensure equipment availability and reliability are achieved
- Confirming, collating and delivering the weekly schedule work orders generated by Pronto, to the respective area supervisor
- Being proactive in identifying and reporting potential hazards and eliminating risk-taking behaviours or actions
- 8/6 roster, FIFO from Perth

**What you'll need to succeed**
- WA Electrical Licence
- Previous planning experience.
- Current right to work in Australia (Visa)
- Instrumentation and HV switching experience preferred
- Available to start asap.
