Part of our long-term ongoing LNG maintenance contract, Ventia is seeking experienced & qualified **Pipe Fitters**. These casual positions will see you engaged on a Shutdown / Turnaround on Barrow Island with preventative, corrective and project brownfields maintenance forming part of our scope for the event.

**What you can expect**:

- Casual flat rate $77.30 per hour
- April 22nd commencement, main execution 3-4 weeks with the potential for post-works as required
- Flights: Offered from Perth Airport only
- Initial flight at start of Shutdown
- Return flight at the end of the Shutdown
- 12-hour shifts
- Collaborative and inclusive on-site culture
- Opportunity for continued shutdown work

**What you will need**:

- Trade Qualification Metals, Manufacturing and Services or Engineering Fabrication (Mechanical or relevant)
- High Risk Work Licence (Desirable)
- Working at Heights (Completed within the last 3 years - Desirable)
- Enter and Work in Confined Spaces (Completed within the last 3 years - Desirable)
- First Aid Certificate (Desirable)
- Ability to pass pre-employment medical including D&A

**What you will bring**:

- Experience in a maintenance / operations environment
- Knowledge of hydrocarbon production systems and associated hazards
- Experience in pipe fitting & fabrication in an LNG environment
- Prior exposure to flange management
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow process & procedures
- Demonstrated ability to work within a multidisciplinary team environment
- Excellent attitude towards health, safety & environment

**To be considered for this role you must be based in WA or be willing to fly yourself to Perth.**
