Our Financial Planning and Analysis Manager role is a
**permanent full-time** position basis based at our global head office in
**South Brisbane**, joining a truly connected and talented team who are passionate about delivering positive outcomes so that we’re providing the best possible patient care.

Our team makes us who we are, shaping our impact and driving our success. And at Icon, you’ll play a key part with hands-on support to the Chief Financial Officer by providing accurate and insightful financial and commercial reporting. The role will work closely with the business to formulate future financial forecasts and budgets, based on Icon’s strategy and insights.

Here are just some of the ways this new position will make an impact:
**_Leadership_**
- Work alongside business unit finance teams to deliver sound financial modelling and advice.
- Develop and maintain an understanding of Icon’s operations to support business development activities and to identify opportunities to improve profitability within operational activities.

**_Strategic and Financial Planning_**
- Work closely with the leadership team to formulate Icon’s medium
- to long-term financial and strategic plan
- Work with Divisional leaders to build their annual budgets and forecasts

**_Reporting and Analysis_**
- Support the delivery of accurate and timely monthly management reporting and functional expense accounting
- Support the preparation and delivery of business cases for the purposes of capital investment
- Assist in the preparation and of Board reports and ad hoc deep dive analysis on trends

**_Advisory_**
- Provide insights to senior management around financial modelling, forecasts and profitability
- Share insights with senior leaders on product/department performance and results.
