**About the Company**

As a well-regarded industry leader with operations throughout major cities and regional locations, this company is a leading supplier of services to the transport industry. To support a period of growth and increase in services, we are looking to engage an experienced Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to lead the team and play a critical role liaising with the leadership team in providing financial advice to support decision making. This role will work across the whole of the business including operations and corporate and will gain exposure at the most senior level of the business.

**About the Role**

With an impressive and diversified portfolio or services, this is a genuine opportunity that will allow you to work closely with a broad team of professionals that share a strong commercial vision and pride in the brand they work for. You will work closely with the Director of Finance and Global Financial Planning Manager and will play a lead role in undertaking financial analysis and providing analytical support to deliver the most efficient solutions for business requirements. Your key duties will include but not limited to:

- Own the strategic long-term planning process, working with business leaders to ensure business drivers are reflected and deadlines are met.
- Ensure KPI’s in the forecast process are provided on a timely basis.
- Observe and prepare financial trends and variances, providing succinct commentary regarding the financial performance.
- Develop management reporting suite that provides valuable solutions to business initiatives.
- Support and development of business cases and cost/benefit analysis
- Create robust, concise executive summaries including recommendations to senior management.

**About You**

This role will suit a self-motivated individual with a versatile nature who has the ability to work with changing work requirements and across multiple jurisdictions. Ideally you will have extensive experience in a similar role, leading the planning, budgeting and forecasting process in an organisation that manages competing priorities in a fast-paced working environment. It is expected you will have excellent project management skills and a background in identifying improvements that have a cost-benefit focus on particular demonstrable experience in delivering year to year cost savings. A Bachelor or master’s degree in commerce, business or finance is essential along with your CPA/CA qualifications.
