Medical Receptionist with Great Peoples Skills

A Part Time Administrative/reception position (approx. 15 to 20 hours/week) is available at our practice in Adelaide CBD, South Australia. Your role will focus on providing excellent administrative services for our wonderful clients.
You will also be responsible for demonstrating our values and culture on a daily basis with clients and other team members, working closely with the team to ensure a happy, cohesive work environment.

**About Therapia**:
Therapia Physiotherapy and Pilates is a Premium Service Multidisciplinary Clinic in Adelaide, and We’re Looking for an Enthusiastic Receptionist to Fill a Part Time Position.
The successful applicant will be employed in a role that involves engaging with clients and ensuring their visit is first class. This includes encouraging clients to enjoy their exercise classes and attending to their needs. You’ll be responsible for assisting the practice manager, and taking over reception duties as required.

The successful applicant will need to be available during the week at short notice and have the flexibility to adjust work hours to suit. At this stage the role is for 15-20 hours/week with the scope of increase in hours in future.
