Do you enjoy working in a hands-on environment? To be successful as our next Customer Co-worker, we need you to have a passion for securing the best customer experience possible. You will have excellent communication skills, a polite and friendly manner and a ‘Togetherness’ mindset, You’ll work closely with your team and other departments yet also be able to work independently. You are able to remain calm when faced with stressful situations and you have the ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.

**Your responsibilities**

As a Customer Relations Co-worker (Porter) your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

- Greeting visitors to IKEA by providing friendly, effective, and efficient information for customers.
- Working in the customer loading zone and assisting customers with loading their items into their vehicle.
- Being vigilant and watching a customer’s trolley whilst they bring their vehicle around to the loading zone.
- Collecting trolleys in the area and returning them to the appropriate trolley bays.
- Supporting the customer team as an additional co-worker to assist with customers collecting their click and collect.
- Recording information accurately in the system so we can continually make improvements to the customer shopping experience.
- Ensuring customers have a positive final touchpoint during the IKEA shopping experience.
