Additional information:
- This role is Permanent Part-time, 40hrs/fortnight

- As our store operates 7 days per week, you must have the availability to work a rotating roster with a mix of day and evening shifts. You also have the availability to work 3 out of 4 weekends in a month (both Saturday and Sunday).

We’re a bunch of people who are truly passionate about peopleAs Customer Co-worker your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Processing returns and resolving customer issues, recognising when to escalate to someone with higher authorization.
- Greeting visitors to IKEA by providing friendly, effective, and efficient information for customers.
- Supporting other areas of Customer Relations including resolving customer service issues, maintaining shopping tools (shopping baskets, trolleys, and yellow bags) and brochures.
- Handling cash and card payments in a reliable, efficient, accurate and friendly way.
- Recording information accurately in the system so we can continually make improvements to the customer shopping experience.
- Ensuring customers have a positive final touchpoint during the IKEA shopping experience.

- Able to work closely with your team and other departments or work independently.
- The ability to remain calm when faced with challenging situations.
- Able to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong customer service skills, alongside being able to interact with many customers consistently.
- Basic computer and systems literacy.
