**The role**
- Support and execute the national Workers’ Compensation strategy
- Manage key accounts and work with our insurer partners to reduce clients frequency and severity of claims
- Develop strategies for growth and retention
- Manage internal stakeholder relationships
- Use data and analytics to drive improvements and reporting

**What we are looking for**
- Must have extensive experience in a similar role and demonstrate understanding of national Workers’ Compensation
- Strong stakeholder engagement and the ability to build relationships both internally and externally
- Demonstrated leadership capability
- Have a growth mindset and have the ability to develop and grow business
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to provide and analyse
