JLT Risk Solutions Pty Ltd acts as the Fund Administration Agent to the Tasmanian Government’s self-insurance arrangement (Tasmanian Risk Management Fund). Our team delivers claims administration services to the Tasmanian Risk Management Fund, facilitated by our in-house claims team.
JLT is seeking a Claims Administrator to join our Claims team based in Hobart on a full-time permanent basis.
This role reports to the Manager, Fund Administration Agent.
What can you expect?
The purpose of this role is to perform claims administration and processing functions required throughout the claims process for general and workers compensation claims, ensuring you deliver positive outcomes for the client, in accordance with the business objectives and agreed key performance indicators.
We will count on you to:
- Registration of new claims on our system.
- Processing of claim payments.
- Assisting in the regular process to review claims.
- Completing claim finalisations /closures.
- Communicating with the clients where required.
- Providing assistance to Claim Consultants where required.
What you need to have:
- Minimum 2 -3 years’ experience in office administration.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- A very good work ethic, including the ability to prioritise tasks.
- Good computer literacy.
- The ability to work co-operatively in a team environment.
**Salary**: From $45,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Hobart, TAS 7000: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
