We are seeking a self-motivated and passionate Field Service Electrician – Infection Control to join our NSW Service Team in Coffs Harbour or Newcastle. You will be responsible for conducting preventative and reactive maintenance for Getinge equipment at customer sites, building strong customer relationships, and supporting other Getinge Field Service Engineers as needed.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting installations of Getinge capital equipment;
- Troubleshooting equipment issues to ensure operational functionality;
- Liaising with the Getinge Service Coordination team before customer site visits;
- Completing service documentation via mobile devices.
Skills and Experience:
We seek candidates who enjoy teamwork, thrive in dynamic roles, and wish to make a difference.
If you have:
- Restricted or full Electrical license (Mandatory);
- Mechanical aptitude;
- Valid Driver's License;
- Experience as a Field Service Engineer or Technician, preferably in MedTech;
- A history of exceeding expectations;
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills;
- Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.
This role involves being physically active, traveling, and managing your own territory.
