Who are we?

Blossom Supports are a small team of dedicated and fully trained support workers who provide holistic and caring NDIS services across Northern Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast.

What do we do?

Our staff are trained and experienced in supporting participants with mental health, children and young people (especially neurodiverse kiddos), individuals with brain injuries, and older adults. They can assist with community access, in-home support, personal care, transport, and group outings. Our management team can also provide support coordination, personal training and more

What is the job?

Client one - we are looking for a female support worker for a male client who has a complex mental health history. The support worker will have, or be studying, formal qualifications in mental health (for example a diploma in mental health, counselling or psychology) and have some form of hands-on experience, such as personal lived experience or experience with a family member or friend. The support worker must be willing to travel to Woodford/Caboolture area and shifts will be on Thursday from 10am to 1pm, with some weekend shifts available.

Client two - we are looking for a female support worker for a female client who has a complex mental health history. The support worker will be friendly and outgoing and feel comfortable engaging the client and spending time building rapport. The support worker must be willing to travel to Narangba area and shifts will be from 9am to 3pm Monday to Friday, there may also be occasional shifts available on the weekend.

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour
