**About the Role**:
You’ll be providing hands-on support to our wonderful participants with complex and high support needs - including personal care, PEG feeding, SPC management, mobility assistance, and daily living support. You’ll be there to offer kindness, respect, and reliability during the quieter (but vital) active overnight shifts.
We will also have shorter hours available with participants for community access shifts.
**This role is perfect for someone who**:
- Enjoys working independently but values being part of a caring team.
- Can stay alert, calm and caring during active overnight shifts.
- Takes pride in making a real difference in someone’s life.
**We’re Looking For**:
- Experience in high care or complex support (or a willingness to learn — we’ll train you)
- A genuine passion for supporting people with disabilities.
- Reliability — especially for overnight shifts (this is a must).
- Great communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills.
- Relevant qualifications (Cert III in Individual Support or similar) are a bonus
