**NU Nursing is a Australian owned and run nursing agency, working with hospitals and aged care facilities to provide nursing staff at short notice.**

We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant with a background in the healthcare industry to join our growing and dynamic team. This role requires a proactive and strategic approach to talent acquisition, where you will contribute to business growth and work on ensuring efficiency in end to end processes. This is a 12 month fixed term, full time position.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Source, attract and recruit top talent for Nursing roles within our agency.
- Drive the end to end recruitment process, from advertising, job postings, screening, interviewing, reference checks and onboarding.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with our external stakeholders and staff

**About You**:

- Recruitment experience in the healthcare industry highly regarded
- Strong communication and written skills
- In depth knowledge of healthcare roles, qualification and regulatory requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain relationships.
- High level of computer literacy
- Confident working towards KPIs

Working from our office in Penrith, this role will be hybrid, with two days from the office and three days from home. If you are a self motivated go getter, and would like to work in a fast paced environment within the health care sector, this is the job for you.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
