**About the role**
Our client is looking to appoint a Social Worker to their hospital based in Kingswood, NSW on a permanent part-time basis.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients and their families
- Collaborate with the multi-disciplinary clinical team
- Facilitate patient and family education on treatment plans and resources
- Maintain accurate and up to date documentation
- Provide post-hospital referrals
To be successful in the role you will have:
- Bachelor of Social Work (or equivalent)
- Membership with the Australian Association of Social Workers
- Demonstrated experience working as a Social Worker
- Australian working rights
- Australian drivers’ licence
- National Police Clearance
- Designated consultant to support you through the recruitment process
- Preparation advice regarding resume, cover letter and interview success
- Additional job options and opportunities if unsuccessful
- Exceptional service and quick progression through recruitment process
- Feedback requested and provided at all stages
- Continued communication and support after employment has commenced
