A fantastic opportunity exists for an experienced Assistant Store Manager to represent our client at their fast paced boutique.

Our client is a renowned family-owned luxury brand with over 290 exclusive stores worldwide.

**About the Role**

Our client's team are passionate about representing their brand and is motivated to provide the highest levels of customer satisfaction and business excellence.

Working collaboratively with and reporting to the Multi-Site Manager you will assist in:

- the day-to-day management of the team and boutique operations
- effectively lead, train and develop a passionate team. Ensuring alignment, motivation, and sales achievements (KPIs)
- achievement of monthly sales targets and objectives
- stock management and undertaking stock counts

**About You**
- Experience in a similar role
- Demonstrated success in driving strategies and meeting performance objectives
- Experience reporting and collaborating within internal Teams
- Good multi-tasking and problem-solving skills
- A motivated, highly organised and result-driven attitude
- Experience using CRM and POS Systems
- Experience delivering superior customer service and sales.
