About the position:
Your daily responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

- Investigate and resolve problems and queries for our clients across a range of asset classes and operations.
- Work closely with and assisting the other internal teams using your technical and business knowledge when required.
- Examples of day to day activities can include (But are not limited to): o Support clients with the use of the Order Management System & Portfolio Management & Accounting System to manage their daily trading activities including order routing and execution, market data delivery, reporting and back-office services.
- Execute high-touch coverage assignments for our Enterprise and Strategic multi-broker buy-side institutional clients.
- Participate in the new client onboarding handover process from project to support teams
- Carry out client training
- Identify client trends by analysing data from Eze CRM and recommend solutions to reduce unnecessary support overhead

Qualifications/Experience
- Bachelor degree required
- 2+ years of experience in support or implementation within the financial services industry
- Understanding of hedge fund workflow and operations
- Understanding of Service-Desk/Support operations
- Ability to produce results to tight deadlines and manage multiple support cases
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Proven ability to deliver effective training content tailored to different audiences ranging from entry-level employees to clients.
- Excellent analytical, verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, growing, rapidly changing environment.
- Understanding of SQL, FIX messaging and Web Services
- Relevant financial qualifications a plus.
