**The Role**:
Weldon Children's Services is a not-for-profit organisation with an impressive history providing early and middle years education and care to children and families across Sydney.

The organisation is experiencing a period of growth as we take on new services and reconfigure existing service delivery locations. This is an exciting time for Weldon and a great opportunity to join a team that is passionate and enthusiastic about creating environments for children where friendships flourish, and children are given opportunities for lifelong learning.

If you have lots of experience in OSHC, looking for a change and variety this role ticks all the boxes. Your role is to step in as a ‘Relief Director’ across any our 10 inner west services to cover leave, absences or provide support. The organisation has put a lot of focus on developing a supportive, collaborative team culture, making it easy for people to get along and experience real job satisfaction.

**KEY REQUIREMENTS**
- A qualification in Children’s Services or appropriate equivalent
- Minimum 3 years working in a leadership role within Children’s Services
- A desire to make a difference in children’s lives by providing a quality program that inspires young minds
- Ability to lead and inspire teams
- Great communication skills and a motivated team member
