**The Role**:
Weldon Children's Services is a not for profit organisation with an impressive history providing early and middle years education and care to children and families across Sydney.

The organisation is experiencing a period of growth as we take on new services and reconfigure existing service delivery locations. This is an exciting time for Weldon and a great opportunity to join a team that is passionate and enthusiastic about creating environments for children where friendships flourish, and children are given opportunities for lifelong learning.

A Permanent full-time (38hrs pw) position is available in ournewly acquiredservice in Greenacre with enrolments of up to 60 children.

**KEY REQUIREMENTS**
- A qualification in Children’s Services or appropriate equivalent
- Minimum 3 years working in a leadership role within Children’s Services
- A desire to make a difference in children’s lives by providing a quality program that inspires young minds
- Ability to lead a small team
- Positive communication skills and a motivated team member

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
