**The Role**:
bestchance Child Family Care is currently seeking an experienced Building and Facilities Manager. You will be responsible for all aspects of building and facilities functions ensuring the safety and functionality of all bestchance owned and leased facilities. Duties include liaising with building owners, contractors, planning maintenance work, maintaining records, and running routine safety inspections.

**About you**:
To be successful you will be well versed in facilities management processes and exhibit high multitasking and organisational abilities. Ideally you are experienced working within the education/early childhood sector within a local government area (Council) and/or not for profit organisation setting.

With exceptional organisational and time management skills, you will have the ability to set priorities and manage multiple deadlines.

Crucial to your success will be your proven track record in being a team player, with your adaptability and ability to develop rapport and positive working relationships with key stakeholders (colleagues, contractors, and suppliers).
