Your Next Opportunity

We're on the lookout for a Food & Beverage Attendant to join our team at our Nambucca Heads V-Wall Pavilion site.

Ingenia Holidays Nambucca Heads is set where the rainforest, beach, and tidal lagoon meet, with the V Wall Pavilion offering stunning waterfront dining and a relaxed coastal vibe right on site.

Reporting to the Food & Beverage Supervisor, you'll play a key role in delivering outstanding customer service while ensuring high-quality food and beverage standards are consistently met, helping us deliver exceptional experiences for our guests and residents If you love making people smile, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and want to work somewhere that feels like a holiday every day, this is the role for you This position is casual, with extra hours able to be picked up during peak seasons.

In this Role, You'll

• Provide exceptional food and beverage service, maintain a welcoming front-of-house atmosphere, and ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and complaint resolution.
• Prepare and serve high-quality food and beverages, manage stock deliveries, minimise waste, and uphold food safety and RSA compliance.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across all kitchen, dining, and bar areas, including equipment, furniture, and surfaces.
• Safely handle and use approved cleaning chemicals in accordance with safety guidelines and PPE requirements.
• Collaborate with team members to support a positive work environment, contribute to continuous improvement, and uphold workplace health and safety standards.

You're Likely a Match If You

• Hold current RSA accreditation, Responsible Management of a Licensed Venue, and bring experience in a similar role.
• Demonstrate strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Are confident in planning, organising, and reasoning with others to resolve issues effectively.
• Are physically capable of performing manual tasks including lifting, cleaning, and operating kitchen equipment.
• Are comfortable working in active environments with frequent standing, walking, and use of PPE and cleaning products.
