Following a $20 million redevelopment, The Barwon Heads Golf Club's iconic clubhouse reopened with outstanding new facilities—including a modern kitchen, stylish lounges and bars, an à la carte restaurant, bespoke function areas and 19 beautifully refurbished accommodation rooms.

It's time for our hospitality team to grow in readiness for the next exciting summer chapter.

We are hiring multiple casual Food and Beverage Attendants to help deliver a premium hospitality experience to our members and guests.

About the role

As a Food and Beverage Attendant, you'll provide friendly, high-quality service across the Club's dining, bar, lounge, function and on-course outlets.

You will:

  • Providing prompt, professional service across all F&B areas
  • Maintain a strong floor presence, anticipating member and guest needs
  • Taking and delivering food and beverage orders efficiently
  • Maintaining clean, well-presented service areas
  • Operating POS systems accurately
  • Assisting with event set-up and pack-down
  • Upholding RSA, hygiene, safety standards and Club protocols

This is a hands-on, shift-based role requiring availability across weekdays, weekends and event periods.

About you

You're reliable, well-presented and passionate about hospitality. Calm under pressure, you thrive in a team environment and take pride in delivering great service while maintaining a polished, professional presence.

You will also bring:

  • At least 1 year of experience in food and beverage service
  • A current RSA certificate
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
  • Experience with POS systems
  • A proactive and professional attitude
