Caster Construction is an established commercial concreting company operating for nearly 10 years across Melbourne with a track record in delivering high quality warehouses, carparks and structures. We are looking to expand our experienced team with concreters looking for a work environment where they are be valued for having and demonstrating a diverse skillset. We build projects from beginning to end and are looking for allrounders who have a demonstrable understanding of boxing, earthworks, steel fixing and concrete placement & finishing to tight tolerances.

We also encourage upskilling of our employees to be more versatile including reading plans, team leadership and understanding standards and regulations of concrete structures.

- Well rounded understanding of sequencing of preparation works including excavations, base preparation, formwork and reinforcement
- Screeding to level and falls as required
- Experience in finishing concrete by hand and machine
- Punctuality and being dependable
- Having a positive attitude and working as a team to achieve common goals
- An eye for detail and delivering high quality works
- Valid red/white card
- Own transportation and drivers licence
- MR/HR/excavator/bobcat licenses highly valued but not compulsory

**Salary**: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour

- concreting: 5 years (preferred)
