Established in 1981, Criterion Industries specialises in superior-quality aluminium partitioning systems, sliding systems, doors and hardware accessories. Our cutting-edge solutions meet the unique design requirements of our customers, while conforming to the most stringent quality control standards and providing ultimate product performance.

Requirements*
We are looking for a driven and results-oriented individual to take ownership of accounts, provide solution-based calls and deliver sales growth. You will work in one of our biggest and liveliest departments and collaborate with the sales team daily.

Your proven strong communication, time management and organisational skills will ensure you build strong working relationships with customers to ensure the return of business.

Our dynamic, fast-paced and friendly environment will suit an energetic, bubbly self-starter with a can-do attitude who enjoys multi-tasking and is not afraid of change.

You will be trained in all aspects of our products and sales techniques needed to succeed and work in a supportive team environment

This opportunity will operate on a full-time basis working five days a week from our Epping head office.

Duties include but are not limited to: *

Acting as a principal point of contact for customers
- Contact customers and follow up on projects and new business opportunities
- Follow up on Quotes to Order
- Recording details project status and interactions in CRM system
- Upsell and cross-sell on all orders

About You*

Comfortable making 40+ customer calls a day
- You are passionate and energetic with a 'can-do' attitude
- Outstanding communication skills
- High level of accuracy and eye for detail
- Excellent computer skills, ability to embrace new technology and use a customer database management system (full training will be provided)
