**How will I help?**

UNITE will be Westpac’s biggest transformation project ever. It is a business-led, tech-enabled transformation - delivering simplification and benefits for our customers, employees and shareholders.

A major priority for the Group over the next 3 to 4 years, UNITE is about delivering ‘one best way’ to make our processes, systems and tech simpler so we can deliver a better experience for customers, make things easier for our people, and reduce risk for generations to come.

This is a role within the CTB LOB Unite delivery village that leads and is directly responsible for delivering to product strategies, outcomes and priorities under Westpac’s Unite program.
- **Delivery excellence**- Executing on a range of big and small initiatives to meet CTB product and pricing strategic priorities and outcomes including core banking transformation, customer and data migration, product harmonisation and delivered risk uplift.
- **Strategic mindset and development -**Build and deliver to strategic delivery roadmaps to inform pipeline of work and business case for investment.
- **Stakeholder engagement and collaboration**- Work with teams to drive delivery including - Decision making, investment, and resourcing support.
- **Leadership**- Lead delivery projects and support and provide guidance on existing product managers.

**Key Requirements**:

- **Project delivery**- _Navigate _through complex and specialist product sets, technology and channels and competing priorities and perspectives.
- **Experience with planning, escalation and stakeholder management**- _Experience with project management _
- **Customer contact and migration -**_Understand our customer and how they navigate change _- Support customer migration notification and product/system changes
- **Strong commercial acumen**_- Deliver to the financial business case and benefits. _
- **Regulatory environment and risk management -**_Manage and mitigate risks - _Operating to deliver to meet our risk obligations and bring risks back into appetite.

**What do I need?**
- Proven depth of experience within project management.
- Structured mindset with planning, delivery and problem solving.
- Flexibility and adaptability to accommodate for changes in the market, regulatory and business priorities.
- Strong operator with experience and skills in planning, efficient time and capacity management and considered decision making.
- Influence up - Turn a no to a yes with succinct and sharp points of view to influence support, buy inn and constructively overcome challenge.
- Constructive challenge - Making life easier for customers, bankers and the portfolio.
- Context switching - Ability to concurrently own, manage and oversight on numerous initiatives and focus areas.
