**What You’ll Do**

**Your Impact**
- Shape and execute roadmaps that align with customer and driver needs
- Lead blended teams (internal and vendor) to deliver enhancements and projects
- Manage integrations across CMS, WebMethods, and AWS environments
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver seamless, secure digital experiences
- Drive continuous improvement using SDLC, ITIL, and customer experience best practices

**Who You Are**
- Degree-qualified in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in digital or customer-focused environments
- Proven leader with a track record of delivering customer-first strategies
- Skilled in Java, microservices, Node.js, and AWS cloud technologies
- Passionate about building high-performing teams and meaningful digital solutions
