**Position description**:
We seek an enthusiastic **Customer Services Operator** **to join our vibrant **Results** **department in** Macquarie Park**. You will be an essential team member, and your responsibilities will include the following:
Specific duties include:

- Answering - inbound and outbound calls to provide results to key stakeholders, such as doctors’ rooms
- Delivers exceptional customer service in a fast-paced health environment
- Collaborating with other team members to achieve tasks promptly
- Conducting office duties and other clerical duties as required

We are proud to say we have a learning and supportive environment, and full training will be provided. We are looking for the following:

- Full time hours are preferable; however part time may be considered.
- Overnight and weekend shifts. The successful applicant must be available to work regular overnight weekend shifts (22:00 - 7:00) with the option of covering overnight weekday shifts for relief when needed.
- Hard-working, motivated individual with a strong work ethic.
- Strong attention to detail with good time management skills
