**Key responsibilities**
- Excellent communication skills providing excellent customer service including welcoming customers, answering phones and handling customer queries
- Tasks including making and amending bookings, confirming appointments, taking payments through online cloud-based practice management software
- General administration including data entry, letter writing, scanning, printing etc.
- Handling cash and operating EFTPOS and HICAPS systems
- Managing and following-up billing, payments, invoicing, receipts, and banking
- Maintaining general clinic presentation, cleaning, tidying up and laundry

**Required skills and attributes**
- Excellent customer service and excellent communication skills required.
- You must be friendly, outgoing, proactive, self-motivated and a team player.
- Ability to efficiently multi-task, problem solve and work with mínimal supervision
- Ability to work independently
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Word, Outlook and web browsing
- Time management and presentation skills
- Experience with cloud-based practice management software is preferred but not essential.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20-30 per week

**Salary**: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Flexible hours
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mill Park, VIC 3082: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- MS Office: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
