Bush Regeneration Supervisor

We are seeking **full-time Bush Regeneration Supervisors **in Central Queensland**, **specifically across** Rockhampton and Gladstone**

**About You**:
**As a Bush Regeneration Supervisor, you will have**:

- A minimum of Certificate III in Conservation and Land Management (Natural Area Restoration) or equivalent (e.g Bachelor’s Degree) and experience.
- Experience leading team members in the field.
- A passion for ecological restoration and the environment.
- Strong CQ plant identification skills - native and exotic across a range of ecosystems.
- Experience in revegetation practices.
- A high level of physical fitness.
- A commitment to safe work practices and a willingness to promote Ecosure’s safety culture.
- Clear communication and strong interpersonal skills.
- Manual Drivers Licence + 4WD.

**Overall, the following skills and attributes would be highly regarded**:

- Cert IV in Conservation and Ecosystem Management.
- Cert IV in Training and Assessment or willingness to obtain.
- Chemcert or ACDC certification.
- MR licence.
- First Aid/CPR.
- Chainsaw ticket.
- Previous experience working on a mine or construction site and thorough understanding of safety procedures required.
- Experience working in and navigating around remote working areas.
