**The Gig**
- The Group Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for the successful management of digital strategy for Ovolo. The role requires an innovator, a trendsetter, and a progressive thinker who can connect digital to all other aspects of the Ovolo business and drive growth opportunities.
- You will manage the digital team to set strategies on how the brand(s) are communicated and experienced through digital interactions.
- Work closely with Digital team and agency to ensure SEO/SEM/PPC supports and drives online sales targets.
- Ensure all online output is consistent and aligned with overall Ovolo brand and content guidelines.
- Play a lead role on projects involving platform, website, revenue streams and online customer experience.
- Planning and delivering CRM strategies across the company encouraging customer retention and customer loyalty.
- Development of CRM platform structure and architecture ensuring it works seamlessly across the organisation and captures all required information at key points in the customer life cycle.
- Customer Journey Mapping analysing touch points with the organisation and maximising commercial opportunities.
- Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals and assist in driving both brand awareness and revenue.
- Develop, lead and mentor the social media (Marketing, F&B & Hotels) team, setting clear KPI’s, targets and performance metrics
- Develop and implement social media content guidelines for the group to assist in the generation, editing, publishing and engaging content (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news) across all social channels by the various marketing, hotel and F&B teams to implement.
- Ensure Ovolo is staying ahead of key competitors in the digital space, implementing new and innovative digital strategies which are lead by customer experience & sales
- Ensuring the customer experience and journey through our website and digital channels is effortless and devised to increase conversions.
- You will also be responsible for achieving Ovolo’ s strategic brand and business objectives by working with the broader marketing and brand teams and operations to provide guidance and working with them achieve execution of strategies.

- Combining an in-depth knowledge of Ovolo’ s business objectives, online strategies, and the competitive landscape with a rich background in the digital marketing industry to deliver effective digital marketing recommendations. In addition, this role needs to stay abreast of digital marketing trends, advances and technologies to ensure Ovolo is always progressive in this space.
- This role requires a passionate digital marketing hands on professional, delivering end to end experiences that drives business outcomes that are aligned to Ovolo Group’s overall strategy.
- You will be required to have solid grasp of everything to do with digital marketing and business, extremely well versed in strategic planning and execution, as well as financial forecasting, data analysis & budgeting.
- Full of energy and enthusiasm, with a strong determination to succeed.
- High level of organisation and timely reporting
- Good analytical skills and an excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing
- Has a strong international background and experience with North American, Greater China & SEA markets
- A well-rounded digital marketer, with a track record in holistic strategy development and team management.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience (Including 3 years in digital)
- Bachelor's Degree in Business and Commerce with a major in Digital Marketing or Marketing and Communications.
