Burgess Paluch has had substantial success recruiting for this leading, high profile group over the past few years. We have a new role for a 3-7 year lawyer to join the friendly and dynamic team.
The role will be responsible for providing practical, outcomes-focused legal advice and support on issues associated with the delivery of a very significant investment program, and work across a broad range of areas of practice including construction, infrastructure, procurement and commercial structures including private public partnerships (PPP), market engagement, contract administration, project finance, debt and equity structures, funding agreements with non-profit organisations and taxation. You will only be required to have had experience in one or two of these areas to be considered for this role.

**positive outlook, **this role will appeal to a capable construction, ppp, corporate, or commercial lawyer looking for an in-house counsel role in which they can enjoy assisting with the development and management of legal functions and commercial contracts.
This
**role is broad and will provide substantial responsibility and opportunity**. The group requires substantial legal/advice work and this role will involve ongoing work on complex construction contracts and agreements. You will also be involved in managing relationships with stakeholders and suppliers, working on shareholder engagement, and managing claims.
You will
**work on complex and significant contracts and projects**, and with excellent support systems on offer this is a rare opportunity in the market. You will possess 3-7 years experience working in the construction/commercial legal field, either in-house or for a strong boutique, mid-large or national/international law firm.
