A prominent **national law firm** is seeking a skilled **construction associate** to join its **Melbourne team.** Working closely with three partners, this front-end role will involve advising private and public sector clients on construction, infrastructure, renewable and conventional energy, major projects, and engineering.

**The Role**:
As an associate in this team, you will gain exposure to a wide range of transactions across the public and private sectors. You will be expected to manage transactions, work closely with clients, and support junior team members. This role offers significant **responsibility**, **autonomy**, and **the chance to contribute to the team’s growth.**

**Requirements**:

- ** 3-6 years of post-admission experience **in front-end construction and infrastructure projects
- Strong technical skills and confidence in leading transactions
- Experience working with both private and public sector clients
- Ability to supervise junior lawyers and work autonomously with partner support
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
