The Opportunity
We’re looking for driven and skilled professionals to join our Workers’ Compensation teams across WA. As a Case Manager, you will be responsible for managing the entire claims process, ensuring injured workers get back to work and recover efficiently, while providing assistance and guidance to their employers.
Depending on your experience, you may join either our early resolutions or high complexity teams, managing a diverse range of workers’ compensation areas.
Your New Role- Be the primary point of contact for stakeholders, including injured workers, their employers, general practitioners, and medical professionals, as they navigate the return-to-work process.- Ensure compliance with all legislative codes and company policies, adhering to set timeframes.- Hold face-to-face sessions with stakeholders through case conferencing, claims reviews, and onsite visits.- Review each case promptly, developing and executing effective claims strategies.- Set clear expectations and educate both workers and employers on their legislative obligations, managing financial claims effectively across your portfolio.
