**Role Overview**:
As a pivotal member of our team, the Careers and Pathways Advisor plays a crucial role in maintaining students' adherence to ATAR/QCE eligibility requirements. You will be responsible for meticulously tracking academic data uploaded to QCAA, ensuring accurate records and compliance. Effective communication with students, parents, and staff is essential, fostering an environment of transparency and collaboration.

Beyond compliance, you will provide invaluable guidance on diverse educational pathways, aligning courses, programs, and Vocational Education and Training (VET) opportunities with individual student goals. Your focus on understanding students' aspirations contributes significantly to their academic success at the College.

**Essential Skills, Experience, and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in education, counselling, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a role related to student pathways or career counselling.
- Strong understanding of ATAR/QCE eligibility requirements and related processes.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze and interpret academic data to inform decision-making.
- Collaborative and team-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Familiarity with educational and career resources.
