**Job Description**:
Toll Group are seeking a **Freight Planner Team Leader** to join the Mining Oil and Gas division in Karawatha. In this position, you will be an integral part of our logistics operations, supporting the planning and coordination of freight movements. You will work closely with our team to optimize transport routes, ensure on-time deliveries, and provide exceptional customer service.

**In this role, you will**:

- Assist in the planning and coordination of freight movements, ensuring efficient delivery of goods.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information for accurate shipment planning.
- Assist in optimizing transport routes and selecting appropriate carriers to meet customer requirements.
- Monitor and track shipments, providing updates to internal stakeholders and customers.
- Support in maintaining strong relationships with carriers and suppliers, ensuring competitive pricing and service quality.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance freight planning processes.

- Proven leadership skills, with experience in managing and developing high-performing teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with external partners.
- Proficiency in logistics management software and tools.
- Familiarity with relevant regulations and compliance requirements in the logistics industry.
