**Job Description**:

If so, we are seeking a passionate safety advisor who can guide operational teams to nurture and develop our Safety Obsessed culture and drive our HSE strategy.

As our Regional HSE Advisor, you will focus on connecting with your stakeholders and growing a professional partnership with their teams. You will be overseeing safety on small to medium operations in Brisbane, Darling Downs/ Surat Basin areas. Use your HSE education and audit, risk assessment and incident investigation experience, to continually improve our positive safety culture. We offer a tool of trade vehicle, a collaborative team and a manager that will mentor and guide your career.

**To be successful in this role your experience will include**:

- Coaching and mentoring stakeholder groups on HSE strategies and activities.
- Review of Site HSE Plans with business stakeholders, ensuring alignment and assist the business in achieving all objectives and targets.
- Accountability for driving HSE governance processes including undertaking HSE system and compliance audits.
- Identifying and implementing HSE training and communication programs that clearly articulate safety expectation.
- Sharing HSE and risk management advice to business leaders.
- Review of quality of information TRAC, including safety conversations, hazard identifications, corrective actions, incidents and investigations and person hours.

**Qualifications**:

- Cert IV or Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety.
- ICAM Certification (desired)

**Knowledge/Experience**
- Practical HSE experience in a dynamic environment.
- Highly effective relationship management of both internal clients and external customers.
- Experience conducting incident investigations.

**Technical/Professional Skills **required.**
- Knowledge of HSE legislation, industry standards and management system standards (AS4801, OHSAS18001 & ISO14001).
