Our partner, a fast-growing brand in the beauty and lifestyle space, is looking for an Ecommerce Manager to join their Sydney-based team. With a strong global presence across more than 40 countries, the company offers a dynamic and collaborative work environment where creativity and passion thrive. This role blends strategic e-commerce management with hands-on execution, helping shape the future of the brand’s digital presence.

**About the Role**

This is a full-time role with the flexibility to work from home on Fridays. The Ecommerce Manager will manage the online sales platform, enhance the customer journey, and implement strategies to grow sales and boost engagement. The role involves close collaboration with marketing and tech teams to ensure the digital store is optimized for performance and user experience.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee daily e-commerce operations, including product management, pricing, content updates, and promotions to maximize revenue.
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to increase organic traffic.
- Collaborate with marketing to brainstorm and implement new website features.
- Use tools like Trello and Figma to brief UX improvements and work with developers on testing and deploying changes.
- Focus on Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) to improve user flow and drive sales.
- Monitor site performance metrics to ensure fast load times and accessibility across devices.
- Manage website campaigns, promotions, and regular updates.
- Supervise the offshore customer support team via Gorgias and provide escalation support as needed.

**What We’re Looking For**
- 2+ years of experience in e-commerce, ideally within retail, beauty, or fashion industries.
- Strong proficiency in managing Shopify stores.
- Familiarity with Gorgias is a plus.
- Eye for detail and a good sense of design.
- Experience creating wireframes using Figma.
- Basic understanding of HTML and CSS.
- Knowledge of SEO and tools like SEMRush.
- Basic graphic design skills for resizing and editing images.
- Proficient in Google Analytics and other web analytics platforms.
