**About Us**: Join our warm and nurturing team at a small and intimate early childhood education centre located in Caringbah. With a capacity of 35 places, we are dedicated to providing exceptional care to infants and preschoolers. Our centre is driven by a passion for fostering a supportive learning environment for both children and their families.

**Position Overview**: We are currently seeking a dedicated and qualified Diploma Educator to join our team and contribute to the growth and development of the babies in our care. As a Diploma Educator, you will play a pivotal role in providing a safe, engaging, and stimulating environment for infants.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and implement developmentally appropriate activities.
- Foster a nurturing and inclusive environment that supports each child's unique needs.
- Build positive and collaborative relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Maintain accurate records of children's development and learning experiences.
- Work closely with the team to create a cohesive and supportive atmosphere.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent as recognized in Australia).
- Valid Working with Children Check.
- First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis training.
- Sound knowledge of the National Quality Framework (NQF) and Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for early childhood education and genuine care for children and families.
