KONE are looking for a Sales Consultant to Join our Modernisation team in Adelaide S.A. Working in a customer orientated and highly motivated team, you will proactively target clients to sell elevator and escalator solutions. You will spend a large portion of your time out in the field developing business to drive sales and attain budgeted growth within our Modernisation solutions team.
What will you be doing?
- Building rapport with new and existing clients across a range of industries
- Manage the Tender process
- Presenting our solutions to the client
- Close the sale and manage the handover to Project Management/ Account Management of existing key clients
- Provide technical product information to both internal & external client groups
- Understanding customer needs and requirements to capitalise on all lead opportunities
- Estimating, tendering and quoting small and large project submissions
- Upselling and cross selling at every opportunity
- Building strong partnerships with key internal KONE teams to facilitate a world class customer experience
- What are we looking for?_
- A passion for sales, with a proven track record and a strong customer focus
- Previous experience working in a fast paced, commercial environment within the lift or Building/ Construction Industries highly desirable
- Strong Technical background with the ability to interpret drawings and specifications desirable
- Degree or Diploma qualification in an appropriate technical or business
- related discipline
- Strong presentation and influencing skills
- Outstanding communication skills and customer service mindset
- Experience using CRM (e.g. Salesforce) is desirable
- Demonstrated experience with tenders
- Hunter mentality, who loves to close deals
- Valid Australian driver's license
