**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation**: Identify and research potential clients through various channels, including online platforms, networking events, and industry contacts.
- **Sales Conversion**: Follow up on inquiries and leads, providing information and support to convert them into sales.
- **Cold Calling**: Conduct cold calls to prospective clients to introduce our products/services and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- **Appointment Setting**: Coordinate and schedule meetings between potential clients and the sales team to facilitate the sales process.
- **CRM Management**: Maintain accurate records of leads, inquiries, and sales activities in the CRM system.
- **Reporting**: Provide regular updates and reports on lead generation and sales conversion metrics to management.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment on strategies and goals.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in sales coordination, lead generation, or a similar role (B2B experience is a plus).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- A proactive and results-driven mindset.
