**The Role**

The engineering coordinator provides support as it relates to the engineering duties of the hotel and process all job related administrative work.

**Day to Day**
- Co-ordinate, recieve and account for all Engineering Inventory
- Able to work independently with little or no supervision
- Perform as a liaison with suppliers
- Document processes and keep maintenance records
- Monitor the completion and follow-up of all work orders and projects
- Oversee department inventory activities, including requisitions, ordering, stocking and shipment
- Assit with entering all purchase requests

**What we are looking for?**
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Available to various shifts and work weekends as needed
- Previous experience within a five-star hotel
- **MUST** have an unrestricted working visa for Australia.
