**YOUR ROLE** We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Engineering Manager / Data Integration Manager to join our team. You will roll out, manage and support the operational information management and digital processes on large scale infrastructure construction projects. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** **Advisory and training services** - Conduct requirements analyses and advise the ultimate client and the main contractor pertaining to information management - Develop Digital Engineering strategies, policies, standards, and contracts - Create and deliver training programs on BIM methodology and digital processes **Digital Transformation** - Lead process digitalization initiative - Oversee automation of Common Data Environment (CDE) and related systemsImplement digital project management practices, including construction progress modeling and monitoring - Develop dashboards using tools such as Power BI and other business intelligence systems for effective data visualization and reporting **Operational Information Management** - Implement and administer CDE/EDMS solutions - Oversee and coordinate BIM & Asset Data management, including Project Information Models (PIM) and Asset Information Models (AIM) - Coordinate project reporting and the delivery of design and construction information packages - Ensure seamless integration between BIM & Asset Data and Digitalization & Reporting workflows - Coordinate between various teams to ensure consistent information flow across all project phases and systems **ABOUT YOU** - M.
