**YOUR ROLE** We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Engineering Manager / Data Integration Manager to join our team. You will roll out, manage and support the operational information management and digital processes on large scale infrastructure construction projects. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** **Advisory and training services** - Conduct requirements analyses and advise the ultimate client and the main contractor pertaining to information management - Develop Digital Engineering strategies, policies, standards, and contracts - Create and deliver training programs on BIM methodology and digital processes **Digital Transformation** - Lead process digitalization initiative - Oversee automation of Common Data Environment (CDE) and related systemsImplement digital project management practices, including construction progress modeling and monitoring - Develop dashboards using tools such as Power BI and other business intelligence systems for effective data visualization and reporting **Operational Information Management** - Implement and administer CDE/EDMS solutions - Oversee and coordinate BIM & Asset Data management, including Project Information Models (PIM) and Asset Information Models (AIM) - Coordinate project reporting and the delivery of design and construction information packages - Ensure seamless integration between BIM & Asset Data and Digitalization & Reporting workflows - Coordinate between various teams to ensure consistent information flow across all project phases and systems **ABOUT YOU** - M. Eng. in Project Management (Construction) or equivalent, with a proven track record in information management; _OR _M. Sc. in Information Technology or related field, with demonstrable experience in construction - BIM certification equivalent to "buildingsmart international" foundation level or higher, or comparable work experience - Minimum 5 years' experience in Digital Engineering Management, including expertise in process digitalization, data management, BIM, and BIM coordination - Strong background in infrastructure projects, particularly in rail infrastructure - Advanced proficiency in Office 365, MS SharePoint, PowerBI, Autodesk Navisworks, Autodesk Revit, and other industry-standard software - Hands-on experience with CDE/EDMS solutions and digital approval processes - Outstanding communication skills, with a talent for developing and delivering training courses - Proven ability to manage stakeholders effectively across all levels - Fluent in English (German language skills advantageous) **WHAT YOU'LL GET** - Competitive salary package based on experience - Chance to contribute to a high-profile Australian infrastructure project - Work with an industry leader in construction's digital transformation - Ongoing professional development and growth opportunities - Innovative, collaborative work environment **TO APPLY** Pay: From $105,000.00 per year **Benefits**: - Extended annual leave - Relocation assistance - Travel reimbursement Schedule: - Monday to Friday **Experience**: - BIM Management: 1 year (preferred) - digital transformation projects: 1 year (preferred) Work Authorisation: - Australia (required) Work Location: In person
