About the role- As a Trust Analyst you will execute the onboarding of clients onto Perpetual Digital’s platform product suite including systems integration, overall performance, and great client experience.- Responsibility and delivery of client onboarding and continuously improving the Client Experience.- Client relationship and onboarding delivery within budget and timeframe.- Collection of client feedback and requirements.- Supporting the development and new products and continuous improvement of Perpetual Digital’s products and processes.- Deliver onboarding activities to completion within budget and timeframe.- Support UAT and client testing activities involving coordination of client feedback sessions, gathering requirements and prioritising enhancement.- Develop content for internal process and procedure documents, user guides and client facing collateral.- Prepare status reporting of onboarding engagements and work with the team in relation to resourcing requirements and client support.

About you- 2+ years' experience in Securitisation, Trust Management or Treasury.- Previous experience in customer relationship management.- Very strong communications skills to engage with internal and external stakeholders in the business, ranging from Analysts to Senior Management - both written and verbal.- Solid understanding of business needs and focusing on customers beyond the technical outputs and reports.- Demonstrated strong problem-solving skills.-
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and with other internal and external stakeholders.- Intermediate skills in Excel, demonstrating an ability to analyse data quickly and draw conclusions.-
- Ability to take a logical and analytical approach to solving problems and resolving issues.- Proven ability to work on multiple tasks, managing conflicting priorities.
