**Associate Director - Energy Economics, Planning and Infrastructure Economics**

**Your Opportunity: Associate Director - Energy Economics (Melbourne)**
**Associate Directors** within our **Planning and Infrastructure Economics **group are leaders in our team, who can support client growth, are passionate for building a thriving team culture and are known in the industry for their sector knowledge, skills, and ability to deliver work opportunities.
Our Melbourne **Planning and Infrastructure Economics** team members are specialists in supporting our clients’ needs with strategic advice in the planning and prioritisation of social infrastructure, energy, decarbonisation, and transport infrastructure investments.
Th **Associate Director - Energy Economics** will play a key role in our team, supporting our team growth and identification of new opportunities in the market by:
- Leading economic modelling, analysis, and appraisal in the context of the energy sector.
- Providing energy economics expertise and knowledge sharing internally (locally and globally) and externally.
- Being client facing, solving client problems, leading positive and cohesive teams, and managing the delivery of projects.
- Driving the delivery of policies and strategies, developing business cases, and providing strategic advice to our clients in support of energy infrastructure investments.
- Engaging and maintaining local relationships and building presence in the energy sector at industry events.
- Building on our positive culture, which is integral to the success of our team.
- Leading a cohesive and delivery focused team, with growth and learning as a key focus for your team.
- Supporting or unlocking our exposure to new or different client sectors and engagements (we love ideas for where we can grow).

- Tertiary qualifications in economics or other relevant areas / experience.
- The ability to build and maintain relationships and develop a presence at industry networking events.
