**Job Description**:
As a CBD Street Interviewer, you'll be stationed in Melbourne's bustling CBD, conducting spontaneous interviews with passersby about their jobs and experiences.

**Responsibilities**:

- Engage with people in the CBD, conducting impromptu interviews.
- Ask engaging questions to uncover unique stories and perspectives.
- Capture high-quality content for our platform.
- Collaborate with the production team for content delivery.

**Requirements**:

- Aged 18-25, Gen Z.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Genuine interest in storytelling.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced urban environment.
- Ability to use recording equipment.
- Flexible schedule to work in CBD locations.

Preferred:

- Previous journalism or content creation experience.
- Familiarity with social media platforms.
- Understanding of ethical interviewing practices.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Subcontract, Casual, Freelance, Contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
