My client is doing a global search for 2 top Assistant Managers to join their
**Hawthorn** and
**Springfield** stores. They are Australian owned with family values and have been around for more than 50 years placing their amazing, stylish and innovative products into homes across Australia, New Zealand and Asia. **As the company is requiring an immediate jump into the Assistant Manager spotlight, the role has some of the following requirements that include**:

- Minimum 2 years in an Assistant/Store Management position in retail or hospitality
- Positive dynamic, hard work, willing to learn and has a beneficial impact on the team
- Customer centric enjoys spending one on one time understanding their needs
- Creative thinker who loves to merchandise and ensure the store looks immaculate
- Stock control experience in a high volume fast paced environment
