**What this opportunity involves**:
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated, bright and enthusiastic professional to join our dynamic and vibrant team.
As the Centre Manager, you will be responsible in undertaking the management, leasing & operations of the Shopping Centre whilst working with the marketing manager to maximise the net return to the Owner.

To be successful, you’ll have strong interpersonal skills to enable interaction with Owners, Retailers, staff members and co-workers. You’ll have the ability to work independently, multi-task and be very well organized as a high level of initiative is required on a day to day basis.
Strong negotiation and communication skills both in developing relationships and resolving disputes or problems as they arise is essential. Previous experience in a Retail or Centre Management role is essential.
You will need to hold as a minimum a Certificate of Registration as Real Estate and Business Sales Representative valid within the state of South Australia.
